Glad to see you stopping by for another Shop Pumpkin Spice blog hop!  We've all created some love-themed projects to share with you this month, but before I get to my project, take a look below at the kits that Denine is releasing this month!  Aren't they just GORGEOUS?!  I love the shabby chic feel that they have and this month, you have two choices for kits: one geared towards scrapbookers and one towards cardmakers.  Make sure you head over to the store to grab yours because I'm sure that they'll sell out pretty quickly!

Now, on to my projects for this month's hop!  I've used supplies from the Echo Park Yours Truly collection collection and also some papers from the MME Love Me 6x6 paper pad which is only available through the January 2012 Fun Love kit. 


I created a heart box (SVG can be found here) that opens up so that you can fill it with goodies.  Sadly, I didn't have any goodies to put inside hence the lack of a picture of the opened box, lol.  The papers used to create the box are from the MME Love Me 6x6 paper pad (found in the kit here) and the Echo Park Yours Truly Love Notes 12x12 paper.  The stickers are from the Echo Park Yours Truly Elements Stickers.  The box cut using my KNK ZING (love the freedom of this machine, you can cut anything you want and aren't limited by cartridges) and glued together using my trusty ATG gun and tape.


The matching card was created using the Echo Park Yours Truly Love Notes 12x12 paper and Yours Truly 6x6 Paper Pad, which I don't see available at the store at the moment, but make sure to check back soon.  The stickers are again from the Yours Truly Elements Stickers and the center piece is from the Yours Truly Journaling Cards.  The card was finished off with lace trim, rhinestones, and dotted with Viva Decor Pear Pen in Silver.  As always, I used ATG Tape for sticking together the papers and Beacon 3-in-1 Advanced Craft Glue for the other elements.

Remember This

Hello folks!  I'm back again for another Friday Shop Pumpkin Spice showcase.

Today I'm doing a full reveal of one of the creations from my December "Times and Seasons" Kit of the Month!  It's available at Shop Pumpkin Spice now for only $24.95 and is packed with tons of stuff to complete the projects.  The kit also comes with an exclusive instructions sheet on how to create the project below so make sure to check it out ;)

For this mini accordion album, I cut out several journaling cards from the Echo Park Times and Seasons 12x12 Journaling Cards paper.  The little stickers are from the Times and Seasons Elements Stickers and the brad is from the Echo Park Happy Days Brad Assortment.  Again, all these supplies are all available in the "Times and Seasons" Kit along with detailed instructions.

SPS December Blog Hop - Echo Park Christmas lines!


Welcome to Pumpkin Spice December blog hop!

Well, it's December already and that means the current DT's terms are ending.  BUT, we are ending with a bang!  This blog hop is our last blog hop together and we have decided to show off the gorgeous Echo Park Christmas line of papers and embellishments.  


We are also featuring my Kit of the Month creations using supplies mostly from the Echo Park Times and Seasons collection.  I just loved everything about this collection and it's so much more versatile than just for Christmas.  Actually, my kit doesn't have any Christmas-related creations in it at all - it has more of a celebration/Valentine/friendship theme to it.  Here's a snapshot of most of the projects.  There are two additional projects not pictured below, but to see the entire list of supplies, you'll have to head over to the Kit of the Month section at SPS!

Since I made an extra project for this kit, I can reveal two creations today!  First up is my favorite creation from the kit, which is a 3x3 notecard box with four 3x3 notecards.  Bumbling me forgot to take a picture of the fourth notecard, but you can still see it in the first photo :)  This set uses papers from the Times and Season's 6x6 paper pad and stickers from the Times and Season's Elements Stickers.  I used a lot of different Spellbinder Dies and twine to dress things up a bit.








The second project is a quick and simple bag using Times and Seasons 12x12 Trinkets paper and a sticker form the Times and Seasons Elements Stickers.  I also used Caribbean and Denim Baker’s Twine.




I just love all the bold colors and patterns in this collection :)  I know that you'll have just as much fun with it as I did!

My first explosion box

Hi everyone!  Wow, Fridays come so quickly these days, which is a good thing in my opinion :)

Today I'm sharing my first explosion box!  I know, I'm a little late in the game.  Everyone started making these a while ago, but I had never made one until last night :)  It was great to really do some cutting and gluing instead of spending time coloring.  If I hadn't mentioned, I like the "putting the card together" part much more than the "get the image colored" part.

Anywho, all the papers (except for the stripped paper on the outside of the box) were from the Echo Park Season's Greetings 6x6 paper pad.  All the little titles (is that what they're called?) are from the MME Lost and Found Christmas 12x12 Accessory Sheet.  With the papers, the accessory sheet, and some Spellbinders dies (which SPS has for great prices), the box was pretty easy to put together!  The rest is just frills (flowers and ribbon)

I actually liked how it turned out, but boy was it difficult to photograph especially during nighttime when I had to try to work with my little white board.  It definitely won't be the last time I make one of these :)  Hope you like it!

Artful INKables New Release Blog Hop!

Haha, I bet you can tell because some of the other gals have used the background stamp sooooo beautifully.  You've have to keep hopping along to see what I mean ;)
