In October, Whimsy Stamps announced the release of a BRAND NEW Whimsy Stamps product line - the Whimsy Prints Collection.

The Whimsy Prints Collection are beautiful sets of hand-colored images which have been digitally reproduced and die-cut into various shapes. Whimsy Prints are printed on 100lb premium coated paper and professionally die-cut leaving smooth edges. Each pack contains 12 die-cut prints (3 sets of 4 images).

The Crissy Armstrong prints are lovingly hand-colored by Crissy Armstrong herself:

The Elisabeth Bell prints have been hand-colored by our talented Senior Designer Simonne Clay:

Whimsy Prints Collection are very straight forward and easy to use. They can be attached directly to your project with glue or double sided tape. Use them as is or cut to fit the needs of your project. One of the benefits of using Whimsy Prints is to cut back on the amount of time needed to hand color images. To summarize, it is a great way to make quick projects when time is of the essence! These are also wonderful for beginner crafters and kid projects.

If you joined us for our last 2 releases, you may have seen some of the beautiful projects our DT and Special Guests have created using these prints. Today we are showcasing these gorgeous Whimsy Prints with a special BLOG HOP! In addition to our regular Special Guests, we are delighted to welcome both Crissy Armstrong and Elisabeth Bell who are joining us for this hop!

The hop starts today (Friday November 30th at 12:00 PM EST) and ends on Monday December 3rd at 12.00PM EST.

For all these cards, I used the awesome sketch from Everybody Art Challenge. Gosh, it's been soooo long since I've been able to play along in any challenge! I just loved making these cards because they were so easy once I decided which layout to use. The hardest thing was picking the embellishments :)

If you're like me and try very hard to match the colored images to the color of the papers, then you'll have no problem with these prints. They are very versatile and work with all kinds of papers. They were just so great to work with!

For today's creation, I've used Led By Love by Crissy Armstrong. The coloring of the image was inspired by Crissy's coloring of this stamp, which you can buy as part of the Winter's Magic Whimsy Prints set. After looking at my colored image, I couldn't help but think, "Why bother," lol. Crissy's coloring is perfection :)

The sentiment is also a new release from the Winter Postage Stamps set. It was cut out using the Postage Stamp die. I also used the Double Scallop Doily Die behind the image.

Today's card actually isn't a Christmas or winter card, yay!! I just really wanted to use Mermaid by KennyK because she's gorgeous, as are all the new mythical-type images that he's recently drawn. I used an oldie, but goodie, sentiment from the Magical Mini Letter Seals set and went crazy on the flowers and bling :)

For today's card, I've decided to use the adorable Angelica. The circular sentiment is from the Snowflake Mini Letter Seals set and the snowflake behind it is the Snowflake Mini Seal die. The Snowflake Border Die is also new from Whimsy and is one of my favorite dies so far :)

I followed Kristy's tutorial for coloring the snow. The tutorial can be can be found HERE at the online version of the Whimsy Stamps Inspirations Magazine Issue 10 or in print HERE.

Whimsy Stamps November Release!

Welcome to the Whimsy Stamps November 2012 rubber stamp and die release!

Today, Whimsy Stamps is releasing 21 fantastic new Rubber Stamps & Stamp Sets, 5 wonderful new Whimsy Shapeology Dies, 2 fabulous new Shape EZ by TLC templates, 2 beautiful Whimsy Designer Paper 6x6 packs and 2 new Whimsy Prints Collection pre-coloured topper sets. These new goodies are available to buy right now from the Whimsy Stamps store along with all your Whimsy favourites.

From today until 27 November, the Whimsy DT and Special Guests will be showcasing these new products with a daily mini blog hop.
