Remember that the entire new release is available to buy right now for 10% off from the Whimsy Stamps store along with all your Whimsy favourites.

For today's card, I've used a sentiment from the Steampunk Travels set as well as flourishes from the Lavish Flourishes set.  I was hoping to make this card really masculine, but I recently went on a splurge for new ribbon so I had to use them on this card, lol.  I probably could have left out the frilly ivory ribbon and kept it masculine, but I just kept piling and piling it on and I couldn't stop myself!  Then brads (which I found for a great deal at Scrapzoom.com) also found their way onto the card.  After the bling, I just gave up an accepted the card for what it is :)

I hope you've been enjoying all the showcases for the new release so far!  We're releasing our mini magazine on September 21st so there's lots of other things to look forward to!

Stamps: Whimsy Stamps Steampunk Travels and Lavish Flourishes; Papers: BasicGrey Oxford; Embellishments: American Crafts brads, May Arts twill ribbon, net ribbon, loose braid ribbon; Tools: Spellbinder dies, sewing machine

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check back tomorrow for more new release creations!
