A good book on a summer day

Hello my fellow crafters! I've really been lagging these days with my posts and I apologize for that.  I'm also behind on my commenting on your blogs, but I appreciate those who keep coming back to comment even though I haven't made it around your blogs lately.  Thank you for being so sweet!

Today I'm sharing with you a creation with my newest Whiff of Joy Beach Chair stamp with Reading Willow from the June Fun in the Sun Store Stamp Kit.  The Beach Chair is currently in stock at 7 Kids here.  I did some paper piecing, something that I haven't done in a while!  You can find the paper piecing tutorial at SCS here.  I think the paper piecing gave the chair a little character.  What do you think?

I hope you like my summery creation and that you are having a wonderful summer so far!

It is hard to believe that anything mbt shoes cheap so inherently ugly as the MBT shoe could ever catch on mbt sandals with either the younger generation or the fitness fanatics but it has. MBT shoes The shoes or I suppose they should be called trainers have thick curved soles and wide straps across the front. Currently MBT the are available in over 20 countries and have sold more than a million pairs a year. Considering that they have a price tag of around $200 it is even MBT more remarkable.

MBT shoes, which stand for Masai mbt sneakers Barefoot Technology were invented by Karl Muller a Swiss engineer. He mbt shoes review suffered back and knee problems but on a trip to Korea he noticed mbt shoes sale that after walking barefoot through paddy fields the symptoms were relieved. With further mbt sneakers research he discovered that the Masai tribesmen from Kenya did not suffer back problems mbt shoes sale and had perfect posture. Putting these two facts together he decided that mbt walking shoes the answer was because they were walking on soft surfaces shoe for worked which yielded as they trod on them. This mbt shoes review was unlike in Europe and America where we tend to walk on firm surfaces such as sidewalks.

The first MBT was manufactured in 1996 and soon MBT shoes became popular on continental Europe. Since then many celebrities have buy mbt shoes been seen sporting MBTs. The concept basically is that the mbt shoes clearance curved sole creates instability as you walk, which mbt shoes review mimics the effect of walking barefoot. To counteract this the foot uses muscle to counter this MBT and creates a natural body training effect.

The makers claim that this natural instability mbt shoes best prices strengthens the muscles, increases muscle activity, calorie mbt walking shoes burn and blood circulation. They also say that it reduces the shock forces mbt sandals on joints which help prevent a variety of degenerative muscular and skeletal problems mbt sandals including back pain.
