Whimsy Stamps - Digital line sneak peek!

Are you ready for a week of sneak peeks?

All this week, many of the Whimsy Stamps designers will be showing you the new images from the upcoming Whimsy Digital Stamps line!  The grand opening is April 12 and we will have a variety of things available for you to sink your markers into including: two images from Katie, four images from Crissy, and several sentiment sets from yours truly.  Each of the images will have four sentiments to go along with them which can be purchase separately.  They will coordinate perfectly with their corresponding images!

For this sneak, I've used an image by Katie called, "Aww, So Tweet!" along with a sentiment from the matching sentiment set called, "Aww, So Tweet! Sentiments."  Yeah, I know, creative name for the sentiment set, huh?  All the images will be available in transparent TIFF, transparent PNG, and non-transparent JPEG in 300 dpi for easy merging and wonderful print results.

For my card, I printed the image and sentiment on watercolor paper.  I got this tip from Crissy who said that she's actually printed off a digi and watercolored before so I had to try it.  I have a laser printer and it worked wonderfully - no bleeding of the ink, I didn't even need to heat set it.  For those that color with watercolor, it IS possible to use that medium with digis!!  Thanks for the advice, Crissy!

I have more sneak peeks coming this week! Come back on Wednesday to see a sneak peek using one of the sentiment sets and Sunday to see a card using one of Crissy's images.  On Monday, April 12, we will have a blog hop to celebrate the new line AND we will also have a freebie for you to snatch up!

What an adorable card, Ann! The image is so cute and fabulous job water coloring. I printed a digi on water color paper last week with my ink jet printer and heat set it. It worked fine - no bleeding of the ink. Love the papers you used too. Great job on the distressing challenge. So happy to have you joining in the fun with Creative Card Crew this week.
